Your data has different homes.

Studio inquiries reach our email inbox. Some app information stays on your device. Trading accounts, website activity, and verification information are handled by the external services used within the app. This policy explains those distinctions.

01. Who we are and what this covers

Fx Trading Hub is the trading name of an independent mobile app development studio, not an incorporated company. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the studio operator. Our privacy contact is la21deals@gmail.com.

This policy covers fxtrading-hub.com and our Android app FX Trading Hub, package com.fxtradinghub.app. We handle information you send to the studio and determine how the native app features we develop work.

The app displays Fortrade’s web platform. The relevant Fortrade entity is responsible for its trading accounts and web services under its own privacy notice. This policy does not replace that notice or make us the provider of financial services.

02. Website visits and studio inquiries

This studio website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, embedded third-party widgets, or a cookie-based account system. Its fonts, scripts, and images are served with the site. Your browser and the hosting service still exchange technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details, requested page, and time, to deliver the site. Hosting logs and their retention depend on the hosting service in use.

The project form creates an email draft inside your browser. It does not submit to our server, upload your text, or save it in website cookies or local storage. You choose whether to open your email app and send it. Once you send an email, we receive your email address, name if provided, message, attachments, and ordinary email metadata. Our Gmail email service also processes that correspondence.

We use inquiries to respond, discuss a project, provide requested support, and keep necessary business records. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Please do not email passwords, payment details, identification documents, or sensitive trading account information.

03. Information in the Android app

Web platform and referral information

The app loads a Fortrade HTTPS referral URL. The URL contains affiliate attribution parameters and app context, including the Android platform and app package identifier. Fortrade receives these when the page is requested, along with technical connection information such as an IP address and browser/device information.

Information you enter into the embedded platform — such as registration details, account information, trading activity, or payment information — is processed by that platform and its service providers. We do not operate a separate studio server for trading accounts, transactions, or app account data.

Cookies and website storage

The app’s WebView supports JavaScript, cookies, third-party cookies, cache, and local website storage. The embedded site may use these for sign-in, functionality, measurement, or other purposes described in its notices. The absence of studio analytics does not mean the embedded platform is free of tracking.

Protected local sign-in

If a supported website flow enables biometric sign-in, the native app can store a credential record, including a password and a token, in protected local storage associated with a client and username. Access uses the device’s strong biometric authentication. Android performs that check; the native app receives the authentication result, not your fingerprint or face template. Following a successful protected request, the stored credential can be returned to the trusted web platform.

Analytics and diagnostics

The current native app does not configure its own Firebase Analytics, AppsFlyer, Braze, or Meta analytics integration. This does not limit analytics used by the embedded website. The Sumsub verification SDK can enable analytics if the initiating website configuration requests it. Support messages may include technical details you choose to provide.

04. Camera, photos, and verification

  • Camera: a supported action can request access to capture an image or complete an identity-verification flow. You control the Android permission.
  • Selected photos: the image picker lets you choose an image for the requested web flow. The wrapper does not request general access to your entire photo library. Selected or captured images may be resized and passed to the trusted page for upload; temporary local files may remain until cleaned up by the app or operating system.
  • Biometric authentication: optional supported sign-in features use the operating system’s local authentication. This is separate from selfie or face checks performed during identity verification.
  • Network access: internet connectivity is necessary to load the web platform. The app can check whether a network connection is available.

When the platform starts identity verification, the app can open Sumsub’s native SDK using a token provided by the platform. Depending on the requested check, Sumsub may process identity documents, photos, video, facial verification information, and technical device information. The SDK sends verification events and results back to the initiating platform. Read the notices shown in that flow before submitting information.

You can deny or revoke device permissions in Android settings. The feature requiring that permission may then be unavailable.

05. External services and their policies

Different providers are responsible for different parts of the experience:

Fortrade and its authentication services

Trading accounts, account authentication, transactions, web content, web cookies, and the verification process requested for an account. The applicable entity and policy depend on your account and region.

Fortrade legal documents ↗

Sumsub

Identity-verification services initiated by the platform. Sumsub’s role, information processed, and retention depend on the service and its client’s instructions.

Google / Gmail

Processing and storing correspondence when you email our public Gmail address.

Google Privacy Policy ↗

Links or actions can open an external browser, email app, or other supported application. Those services apply their own privacy terms. Depending on the provider, data may be processed in countries outside your own.

06. Why information is used and shared

We use information we handle to answer requests, discuss or deliver agreed development services, support the app, protect against misuse, and meet obligations that apply to us. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis may be steps you request before a contract, performance of an agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, a legal obligation, or consent for a specific optional activity.

We do not sell studio inquiry data. Information may be processed by our communication and hosting providers as needed to operate these services, by professional advisers when necessary, or disclosed where legally required. App information is sent to the platform or verification provider as part of the feature you use. Third-party uses are described in those providers’ policies.

The app uses an affiliate referral link and we may receive referral compensation. That relationship does not give the studio control over a Fortrade trading account.

07. Security and retention

The app uses HTTPS for the configured platform and protected Android storage for supported local credentials. Device security, software updates, your screen lock, and the provider’s own systems also matter. No system can promise absolute security.

  • Studio correspondence: retained for as long as needed to handle the request, manage an agreed project, resolve disputes, or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete information no longer needed.
  • Local credentials and website data: may persist on your device until removed through the relevant site settings, Android app-storage controls, or uninstalling the app. Clearing a page cache alone does not necessarily remove cookies or protected credentials.
  • Temporary images: may remain in app or operating-system temporary storage until cleanup. Copies uploaded to a provider follow that provider’s retention rules.
  • Trading and verification records: controlled by the relevant service provider, which may have legally required retention periods even after account closure.
  • Hosting and email records: may also be subject to the relevant provider’s retention and backup practices.

08. Your choices and requests

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without affecting earlier lawful processing, and raise concerns with the relevant data protection authority.

For information held by the studio, email la21deals@gmail.com. Tell us the nature of the request and the email address used to contact us. We may need proportionate verification before releasing or deleting information, and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

For trading account or verification records, contact the relevant Fortrade entity using the account’s support channel or its privacy notice. We cannot directly erase records in another provider’s systems. Our support and data-deletion page explains how to remove local app data and where to send each kind of request.

09. Children and policy changes

The app is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. Trading eligibility is also subject to the provider’s rules and local law. If you believe a child has sent personal information to the studio, contact us so we can assess and address it.

We may update this policy as the website, app, or providers change. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes that require additional notice or consent will be addressed through an appropriate notice or the affected feature.
